Lol, at the end she doesn't get it at all... If a man decided to take a few months of to do whatever, he'd have the same problems she does. I think its actually sexist to expect high-profit companies to pay women the same as men when they go off on maturity leave because if a man left for 6 months like the last women in the video did because he got hurt and couldn't work, his pay would also go down. Why should there be an exception for women? Both can't work, both left for a long period of time, both can't help the reason they have to be see no difference in the situation, only in how people want to treat it.
