Get Witness Statements to Win Your Employment Discrimination Claim at EEOC- How I won at NASA

EMPLOYMENT DISCRIMINATION cases are too often decided in favor of the employer because victims of discrimination are timid about getting evidence. I found ways of getting what I needed without throwing my workplace into unnecessary drama. In my workplace discrimination case against NASA, witness statements from my co-workers were the most powerful evidence I had, but getting them wasn't easy. If you go about it the wrong way, it can really stress you out, and make your co-workers afraid to help you. I found a stress-free method for employees who have filed EEOC claims to get witness statements from co-workers. I've also included easy tips for getting "statements" from a stubborn boss. These simple tips helped me win my employment discrimination claim.

---- All opinions are my own. Not LEGAL advice. Just me sharing my perspective as an employee who went through the EEOC claims process & won. I am not an expert at all things EEOC. While I do my best to be factual in my observations, viewers should assume that all observations or statements are ALLEGEDLY. *Never trust your fate to a YouTube content creator. You and your videos are so very helpful.

I submitted 3 witness statements to DFEH. This should really help my case. I was wrongfully terminated for doing something that all the non-exempt employees were doing. I was the only one fired. Their statements show that they too were doing the thing that caused my Termination. One witness literally said she thought she was going to be fired as well but was never even reprimanded for their actions.

I gotta trust the process but I feel I have a highly successful case. My one-year Investigation is almost over....mediation coming soon.

I hate being this anxious 😟

Are witness statements confidential during an investigation?

Can an employer force an employee to make a witness statement or meet with them in person?

The employees already cooperated with the investigation and made a witness statement, but the manager and HR wanted to meet with them in person. One of the employees did not want to meet with them because they lie and do shady stuff like ambush meetings.

The employee told them if they had anymore questions, please send them by email. I guess for proof and so it could be documented. They threatened the employee with disciplinary action if they did not meet. The employee did not meet with them also because some employees did not make witness statements for a prior incident before. The employee felt like they were being intimidated, bullied, harassed and threatened to meet with them.

One of the witnesses pretty much said to me in my face that never happened. In addition, the alleged perpetrator has had one woman do her dirty work for her. In the end, she got herself fire for other issues so she’s not longer around.

I’ve watched your videos but I can’t fine a video about my concern. If you can’t answer this here, would you mind doing a video about it? Thank you 🙏🏼

In few weeks I will run out of unemployment benefits.
I have been looking for jobs and applying to multiple employers every week but so far, I have had no luck.

I have already set up an appointment interview with the EEOC, but that's still in the future and very close to the deadline date for filing.
I am qualified to apply for disability, and so my question is this: If I apply for disability would it affect my EEOC case?
At this time, SSI is the only option I have while I am waiting for job interviews.

Thank you so much. I appreciate your help.

I apologize. I have to post this again, because I’m not sure if you’re receiving all my comments. YT is weird—lol 😉
