That explains a lot. Summer of 2020 people went crazy, and as much as the media said it was related to George Floyd, I think Covid psychosis played a huge part in how people responded.

C'mon give the doc a break. He clearly stated that the reason is " multi causal ". The interviewer perhaps missed the point that the whole shebang of, " the pandemic", lives altered by the traumatic experience of a world in flux by a pandemic with economic uncertainty is a very major and easily to be expected reason for anyone to freak out. In N.Y.C after world trade center the same perpecapita increase in preexisting conditions and newly discovered latency occurred from the trauma. If you don't go a little wacky from living at home with your spouse and kids or.... etc, etc...ya da ya da ya da.... then you need to see a doctor. Serious new diagnosis and prognosis however, preexisting or new, is predictable from this situation so lets not get all crazy about this report in addition! Be well
