Another decent guide. You didn't mention frame traps though and how confirms work.
Also, in my opinion the creepy background music doesn't help focus on the content, maybe try replacing it in future vids.

My only criticism is that your video makes it seem like being +1 on block will make it so that there's a difference of 2 frames between your opponent and you, since you both added the frames to their startup and subtracted it from yours.
