04:52 These are _terrible_ bar charts. Bar charts should _never_ start above zero. The whole point of a bar chart is to give you information about relative performance at a glance. If one bar is twice as long as another, that means the performance is twice as good (or bad) with the longer bar.

The chart at the timestamp above shows exactly this scenario, but rather than indicating a 100% decrease in performance, the real figure is only 5%.

Such charts are worse than useless.

Please do better next time.

4:51 ...Any reason why some of these graphs don't start at zero?

People who complain this isn’t Jim’s leaks, who cares. This is called content, if you don’t want to watch it and complain, don’t click on it. If you want to help him out, like the video then leave.

it'll be interesting to see how it copes with an OCed Alder Lake...

wasn't long ago people were touting the beQuiet Dark Rock Pro 4 to be cooler and quieter than the NH-D15, and after owning both, i can verify these claims are wrong - it'll be the same with this thing

It would have been nice with a sound sample comparison aside from the comments about it. With that said i enjoyed the video a lot, thank you

I really miss jim and his frequent uploads, had to rewarch lots of old videos...

I came here to say those graphs were pretty bad but it seems many people have beat me to it... Not only do they not start at zero but you miss out the scale; I can only assume the noise chart is in -LUFS, and that's why higher is better?

Transporting the fan brackets inside the foam, neat. I'm always a bit apprehensive about accidentally bending them.

Noctua releases kits for new cpu/scockets at no extra cost for a nominal fee. Does DeepCool do the same?

I'm pretty much done with the supersized coolers, so this about the right size.

could've just normalized the clocks too to get apples to apples comparison

I would prefer it if the charts started at zero, even if it results in a lower visual difference (perhaps you can add some vertical lines to them).
Also I beg to differ on the "Noise: Higher is Better" label, though I assume that was an accident.

Noise comparison would have been nice, but I dont want to be that critical. Altough I will always miss Jim ;)

Quote: "You can run this cooling without a fan on a Ryzen 3600", yes only if you never want it to boost all of its cores to 4, 2Ghz simultaneously...
- I got a Ryzen 3600 with a 'Scythe Fuma 2' cooler, which has shown to be able to handle 200 watts TDP from tests by other people, with a proper cooling solution though my mediocre binned 3600 is able to reach 4, 2Ghz while rendering a video in Shotcut, with it's stock cooler it dropped to 3, 8Ghz.

So yes you could run a 3600 with it, without fans, but it would be no better then running it with it's stock cooler with fan.
- And I have not overclocked my CPU, it's using more or less it's standard settings from my Asus B450 F gaming mobo, 'precision boost overdrive' has been turned off by me for stability reasons.

Impressive. Despite having smaler fans it has the same performance of the nh-d15.

Cool content, would love to see more like this.

Maybe you said it, I didn't hear. What is the factory warranty? Noctua's used to be 6 years. Worth it to me.

Bloody hell what happened to this channel? I used to love it

Currently have the big 2 fan noctua cooler(NH D15 AM4 edition maybe?). Will stick with it when I upgrade to AM5 since it should come with a free upgrade kit if that is even necessary. I think cooler completability will be the same, at least I think I heard that somewhere.
