I thought this was a TV series bc it was a direct sequel to Digimon Adventure! It's a 6 film series however I see now

I can not do a rank from worse to better, but without any doubt, the sixth movie would be in 5 or 6 place if it was from the worst to the best, in short, it left more holes than the responses.

My ranking:

1. Determination - felt like the calm before the storm and we needed that bit of lightheartedness. Plus it developed Mimi and Joe.
2. Reunion - first movie is still among the best
3. Confession - as a follow up to movie 2, I enjoyed it. But the reboot renders the sacrifice of Owikawa in 02 completely pointless.
4. Future - a pretty good finale, just wish Meicoomon could've been saved and we could've seen Rasielmon
5. Coexistence - the movie felt like set up for the final film, but also like they were just making things up as they went
6. Loss - sorry, but it felt like a retread of Sora's arc, but switch the roles around. I didn't like Sora's arc to begin with, so seeing it again, but biyomon is the angry one.... No thanks.

To me Confessions is peak Digimon even though I did like Determination.

Digimon adventure tri took the theme from Digimon Tamer, a dark, realistic, comedy series.

I prefer Digimon over Pokemon but I haven't seen these movies yet. I seen the first Digimon movie, it was fine.

Mine fav is TK and patamon too... Great! I was waiting for seraphimon's Seven Heaven in tri 06 but they gave him no opportunity in none of the parts. According to me 2->4->1->5->3->6 ... I liked ur review as well.

I rank em 5<6<4<3<2<1 - They seemed to get better as they went. And I loved the fact the writers knew every bit of lore from the old Adventure seasons and played on them in Tri to perfection. Tri is a close 2nd to Adventure 02 for me.

I feel like the 6th movie was the worst. Lot of talking n no action. Movie 5 was completely repetitive. Maiko kept saying how she was so bad that it was her fault and in 3 occasions the digidestine had to convince her she was not bad. So it waisted a lot of screen time. Like Lord of the rings many of the battles could have been prevented if they would destroyed makomon in the first place. :.( I wanted to see a more meaty story.

I just recently reviewed and watched all six films. Easily the worst films I have seen, and to me, there is no ranking. As a fan of Digimon from the beginning, all six movies are as low as low can get. Easily the worst things I have watched bar none! My review will be posted tomorrow as of this comment.
