Palmon’s evolution line was so amazing it really represented how every flower has its thorns

The echo they give their voices lends to the majesty of seeing six digimon finally evolve to their fullest we never thought we'd get to see. I also love the heartbeat sound when their digivices change.

I have never seen an anime with so much heart and soul than the Digimon Adventure series. Seriously. They put so much into this, and it paid off pretty well. This is a masterpiece. A *true* masterpiece.

Fun fact: prior to the reboot, there are 2s in their appearance when digivolving, and after the reboot, it’s just normal binary code. It took a bit for me to realize it but after I did I can’t unsee it.

I still wish that some of the mega forms would have been seen prior to digimon tri but i guess better late then never.

I think this is probably the best representation of the digivolution as the idea is that as digimon are made of data, so digivolution is actually like downloading additional data.

So the fact they’re in like a digital space and being infused with data is a good way to show it.

Another good thing is that there wasn’t any favouritism of the digivolution as in the original and 2020 Agumon and Gabumon get the more unique digivolution sequences.

I wouldn’t liked to see the amour sequences of TK and Kari especially as from digimon 02 they make references that Pegasusmon and Nefertimon are able to carry them and travel. It does become a bit of plot hole as they could’ve been used to do golden noose to try capture Meicrackmon.

It’s also a little callous they don’t seem to care that much about; Ken, Davis, Yolei and Cody. Especially as the latter 2, live in same apartment complex as TK. It’s almost as if they think we can digivolve to Ultimate and Mega we don’t need you around especially when Rosemon almost single handedly destroys Imperialdramon
