imho it is important to set your sens in a way that when you enter a room you can check both sides quickly..
you use more or less 80% of the pad, within that range, starting from the center of your pad left then then back to the right side sould be ~180 - 200 degrees ingame

Finding the right in game sens and DPI is easy enough but I don't understand Windows Mouse Sensitivity does it also effect my game or is windows mouse sensitivity only while browsing?

I thing you need to find a good middle ground for your playstyle. It is much more ez to have a good crosshairplacement with a higher sense in my opinion but for me the wrist feeling for flicks is important too and the higher i go the less controll i have over fast flicks.

EDPI is good for single-game comparisons.
When comparing multiple games, cm & in /360° is better.
Because each game has a different FOV, even with the same EDPI, if the FOV of each game is different, the EDPI is meaningless, and cm & in /360° is the same if you measure a few centimeters or inches when the character turns around. There are websites that calculate the same cm & in /360° by entering your game and EDPI.

It's written in a translator, so I don't know if it conveys the meaning well.

18k premier 500 hours of cs2. (Ex semi proplayer of 1.6) I use 2 in game 400 dpi. 800 edpi. Mi range is between 720 and 880 edpi

Ez you just need lowest sensitivity and higher dpi. 2300dpi 0.6sens
