One of the manipulation tactics Hormozis use is called Selective Honesty. This means that he openly admits to the truth about something while lying about or not disclosing the rest. For example, he said he's on TRT (truth), but it's only 75mg/week (lie), and he made all of his gains naturally due to his genetics (lie).

What people need to understand is that Alex and Leila are master manipulators and salespeople.

Selective Honesty from the 48 Laws of Power: “You can often use an act of overt honesty and generosity to make your victim feel that you are honest and generous, thereby deceiving him, while your acts of dishonesty are covert and discreet.”

At this point I feel like a ton of people use the line "I'm just on TRT" to admit some of the drug use while leaving out the others. It helps them justify to themselves by lying by omission.

Not saying he's lying, but people do lie like this all the time.

I personally eat almost the same every day. I have 5-6 recipes I like and eat them most of the time. But when i eat out, mostly on weekends or holidays, i eat whats available. If weight goes up too much i eat out less. But when I was loosing weight i had to be way stricter. Maintenance has been way easier then being on a deficit.

Alex has a laser focus on business. He wants to direct as much of his energy on the things within that focus. His reason for eating the same meals every day is the same reason UFC’s Dana White said that he hasn’t shopped for anything on Amazon or anywhere else in years. Dana has someone that designs his wardrobe and manages his home so that he never has to research or buy any products.

Please make a video on con-artist 'Dr' John Jaquish who has written a book 'Weight Lifting Is a Waste of Time: So Is Cardio, and There’s a Better Way to Have the Body You Want' claiming on multiple podcasts with qualified physicians (!) without any pushback whatsoever including Dr Gabrielle Lyon, that his X3 bar is the solution! Also his Ph.D. is from Rushmore University which is a non-accredited university!!!

the ONE thing that I have ever disagreed with you on, Greg, is that just because someone eats from your cookbook does NOT mean they are going to be in a deficit. even if someone eats from your cookbook, they still need to track calories and know how many calories they are eating each day.

Amazingly i realized that i have really good genetics by watching videos like this.
I eat candy and gummies often, but i excersize and do cardio at least 3 times a week if i feel like it
But if i know im not gonna be able to work out, i will naturally eat less.
