Undoubtedly, a keeping healthy and active lifestyle is a great problem of 21th Century. Most of us live a busy life and cannot find time for cooking healthy food and doing sport. In addition, the Covid-19 pandemic showed the world that staying insulated at home is harmful to our mental and physical health. People realized that being in a social environment is crucial for development and progress. Therefore, I endorse the theory of Olivia Affuso about maintaining health in the community. It is helpful for achieving well-being. Speaking from personal experience, doing sport with other like-minded people motivates to improve own results. Attending gyms is really the inspiration for me. I do not understand how it is possible to work out alone at home. As I see, a lot of my friends and colleagues reduced their exercise during Lockdowns because of a lack of motivation. Some people solved this difficulty, using different encouraging video blogs that contain training. Thus, they could see how the others struggle with exercises, and it gives them support and energy. Moreover, doing sport in a community creates a competitive environment. As a result, we want to be more successful and better than others. From my point of view, it is very important to remember that people are social, and they need each other to gain health and beauty.

Beans and rice, which are some of the greatest food used in the world, are affordable, available and nutritious. The fact people want to eat meat and what-not doesn't mean low cost options aren't available.

If your mother is type 2 over half a million people in the UK have been able to lose the weight and kick the meds simply by gradually changing their diet. Cutting out gradually the amount of carbohydrates they consume. It's the cause of type 2 in the first place.
Look up Dr. David Unwin on the subject. or Paul Mason.
