i think the last one is done by reviving when the block is on top, so you can’t respawn on the ceiling because the block is in the way

For the ice breaking one, you broke the ice block without a coin for the fire flower, and with a coin for the others, which I think changes the strength of the block

Fun Fact: the "3 secret 1-Ups" are a staple of the Mario franchise; where (as the name suggests) 3 1-Up Mushrooms are placed right next to each other in hidden/out-of-bounds areas.

It's essentaially the developers' little way of saying "You're quite the explorer, aren't ya?"

Apparently the music is from Mario's perspective cause if you have the drill power up and you make it where Mario is in the ground the music is quieter

afaik many Mario games use the same notes as NES Super Mario Bros pause sound, but their instruments are definitely different. Wonder definitely has a different instrumentation compared to NES. It's also a bit faster than NES.
