The system benefiting the wealthy and systemic racism are two different things.

Just because the system is rigged doesn’t mean it’s rigged in the specific way you claim. You have to actually argue against his points and not use hollow logical fallacies.

Systems can be rigged. But it’s not by race. Thus is not systemic racism

Not sure if you go further in the full clip but I think it is important to point out that acknowledging that some systems can be rigged is not proof that other systems are rigged, and especially rigged in a specific way. Elder acknowledges that systems can be discriminatory along racial lines, he admitted that this was the case in the past, but you’d still have to make a convincing case that this system was still actively engaging in that manipulation. I don’t think Elder is not open to that idea, I just think he is unconvinced of it, whereas it’s basically just a presupposition of the part of the Breakfast Club that systemic racism exists. They spend no time on providing evidence or reasoning because it’s self-evident to them, but the problem is that Elder doesn’t see it that way.

If anything, I think he’s more open to the idea that the system could be racist than they are to the idea that it might not be. Just my two cents
