Meet Florida Personal Injury Attorney Eric Hayden

Mr. Hayden concentrates his practice on motor vehicle accidents, medical malpractice, premises liability, personal injury protection (PIP), and wrongful death cases. Prior to joining the firm, he practiced at a well-respected Miami law firm where he gained valuable experience representing large corporations and land/ship owners against similar claims. This experience provides him with inside knowledge of how these companies operate and how to best advocate for his clients against them. Mr. Hayden has tried numerous jury trials to verdict and has represented clients in international arbitration proceedings. He has been recognized by Florida Super Lawyers as a Rising Star in 2017 and 2018.

Mr. Hayden earned his law degree from the University of Miami School of Law. During law school he served as a law clerk with the 15th Judicial Circuit in West Palm Beach, worked at a prominent South Florida litigation firm, and interned with an international talent agency. Before law school, he graduated from the University of Florida with a Business Administration degree, majoring in Marketing, and is an active participant in the UF Alumni Association.
