Biggest win happened shortly after binge watching a ton of your videos on things like new client purchasing and set up (itemizing inventory room by room, including links and using your spreadsheet), what beds you get recommend because you receive constant raving reviews on, learning about mid term rentals and contracts for such, hostgpo, and what your PM company pays for and where to buy such consumables, that when I landed my very first client as a new PM I felt absolutely better prepared to do the full set up as she wanted to convert her long term home to a short term rental! It was such a great process for us both that she wants to do a second rental in the adjoining duplex. And recently I signed up for creative financing with Robuilt and have an appointment next week with a senior "someone" to discuss being our own homeowners with our own short term rental.
