I would like to see you do this test again with the new 5.0 battery because this was very interesting when you look at other videos like shop tool review

I'd still take both the torpedo style 2.5 and the boot style 5.0 HO over the older M12's batteries why you may ask? I run my M12 tools hard on the daily and I have warranty exchanged too many M12 batteries than I can count. I just received another fresh New replacement 6.0 a few days ago and get this I hardly used the one that died, but always maintained it. The problem from what I was told by others including threads on Reddit is with age of 18650's being used at least in the 6.0's are already several years old before being put into the M12 battery housing that inturn is giving them a high failure rate🤷‍♂️. Even tho these batteries are suppose to have a crazy shelf life for some reason at least for me they have only lasted about 1-1.5 years. I haven't had one 6.0 go beyond that time SMH. The older torpedo batteries run time gets cut in half when they start to go bad. The New HO have the newest Gen 18650's so hopefully they last longer👍🏻

I have a m12 xc4.0 on my stubby, would the xc5.0 high output do a better job breaking nut or bolt?

I expected better. Should have near 300-350 breakaway with that battery

Why put it in speed 3? It has more torque on speed 1.
