2012 F150 4x4. Did a brake job and accidentally pulled vacuum line off the hub locker for my 4x4. When I put the line back on after 1 day, I kept getting a terrible grinding noise and you could feel it in the left floor board. Issue got worse when you accelerate.
Vacuum solenoid and check valve change for automatic hub lockers.

same exact truck here, same exact problem i think. Although i have a question, what are some things i can look for to be certain that this is the problem before i replace it?

I only hear the grinding when k switch on 4x4 and I’m going to fix it here soon, but would I cause damage waiting and driving? I don’t have 4x4 working and when I switch on I hear a noise.
