I have done this technique with my spooky mare multiple times when she would spook at something and now she thinks twice before spooking or reacting to anything, I can feel her getting worried about something and she just stays calm and thinks through it now, she hasn’t spooked at anything in a very long time, she realizes now it’s not worth all that work to be jumpy and reactive, this really does work ! And I love that it was hay bales both my horses were worried about what hay bales were when they first saw them but we walked right through them and they got over it real fast😂 thanks for sharing your wisdom on horse training ☺️
