I think Orga's death hurt the most for me, it felt soo low. Orga died protecting his own to his final breath, it was a tragedy but still an honorable death, and thankfully Orga was justified in the end.

1:04 that shot of the Barbatos Lupus Rex is so simple yet so intimidating, it shows perfectly the killing machine it is when used by Mika

My favorite Gundam opening. I love seeing the Barbatatos Lupus Rex howl and destroying mobile suits.

This ending hits rly hard especially right after Mikazuki gets paralyzed from the mobile armor. It gives off this vibe of “these kids are really doomed into war and all they know and live by is fighting”. The way Mika is shown at 0:20 emphasizes his demeanor: that he is a soulless war machine who enjoys killing so much that he doesn’t even care that his body can’t move on its own anymore. When this song plays in the last episode, it rly hits you that these people won’t allow these poor children to reach their goal, and all they can do is fight back to reduce casualties. The fact that this war has killed so many of them. The war itself was madness and these kids were caught right in the middle of it. Not my favorite opening but it definitely cuts deep and was introduced at a perfect time in the story
