i think akame wins if she has her weapon, she only needs 1 cut to kill muzan and if he uses his tentacles getting 1 slash should be easy.

Kinda late to the party, but akame I personally believe takes the win for a few reasons

Her katana is better then a demon slayer katana since the DS katana needs you to slash the neck while Akame can simply hit any part of muzan and he’d eventually succumb to the curse, before you say, “He will out regenerate it or he has multiple hearts so on”, the curse doesn’t just stop at 1 heart it spreads entirely, and it’s not a matter of regenerating while he’d be dealing with the curse or trying to remove it he’ll be weaken by it all akame has to do is land more cuts and he’s done for in short even if he can out regenerate it stacking it more would result in it being faster

Finally landing the hits would be easy for her, if you didn’t watch akame in one of the final battles time was stopped completely, however akame managed to overpower it with speed I highly doubt muzan has reached a feat like that I’m not doubting his speed or general strength his a power house but against akame it’s not a fair match up

In short akame is basically another yorrichi in my opinion scarier since even if muzan did manage to kill her he’d be stuck regenerating over and over from her curse IF HE COULD which I doubt

For those saying cap, because if Akame cuts Muzan even once he's done. Demons are resistant to all kinds of poison so that won't even be enough to kill him, and plus Akame's sword is supposed to destroy the opponent's heart. Muzan has like 7 seven hearts, Akame's swords won't be able to destroy all of them.

Then we have his broken regeneration. Muzan got cut in half and regenerated so fast that it didn't even look like he was cut. He was weakened when this happened by the way so Muzan's regeneration is even stronger when he's at his prime.

Muzan's only weakness is Nichrin swords and sunlight, and even if Akame lasts long enough to keep him until sunlight, there's nothing Akame can do to stop him from retreating.

Overall while Akame might be able to blitz and deal heavy damage Muzan, there's nothing she can do to prevent him recovering and he'll eventually push her to limits and go for the kill.

The thing is it's works on paper but we don't know if the sword can kill demons since the sword needs to be made of a specific material to even kill him don't go with the curse on the sword the demons have only two weaknesses the sun and the materials the demon slayer swords are made of so its like a probably if she is useing a demon slayer sword

The Murasame is able to one shot Mudzan even with 7 hearts as it'll take out all of them and its not poison it's a curse that acts like poison so resistance won't help and Akame is much, much faster so this should be easy for her
