I am currently receiving health coverage through my employer while on ltd which is ending in march of next year . do i need to go on part b now or can i apply in march?

I have one question to you.. I am going to be 65 in August . currently, I
have health insurance that cover under my wife insurance.. she works
at NiH cancer research center. her health is O K for me so far . she
is 53 years old . She is able to work at least 11 years to become 65..
my question is .... Do I still need to get medicare and and Medigap when
I turn to 65 ? please give me yous suggestion ?? Thank you

have watched 2 Part D videos you have. Still questioning if you pick a $0 deductible is that better than $415 deductible? I assume you look at the premiums over 12 mos. And Tier 4 drugs be changed to generics to a Tier 1 (asthma inhaler/diabetes med (Farxiga)?

Ty for your video, I am 63, single female and on disability, income is 918.00 a month. Was on medicade until Feb of 2018. Can't get a straight answer why. Put me on medically needy which I can't afford so don't use it. Will be on Medicare on June 1st of this year, so confused on what to get as far as a supplement. Do I need one? I will have part a and b but can't afford the premiums what should I do???? Ty so much.
