I think the scorpion is best weapon too based on the perks. I will say if your playing a class that has low survivability such as minigun and sniper just as a example that you might be better off with scorpion because of the damage reduction abilities. Now if you play shield or bio I could maybe see using Bizon but even still using a scorpion would just make those classes even better increasing their survivability. Theirs a lot of factors involved concerning this choice but scorpion by far is the most intriguing choice when it comes to sub machine guns . I use it now and I used it last level cap with a HK assault rifle which is similar. Now I use scorpion as a jack of all trades and a Alfa for weeklies and strongholds because of the impressive damage buffs if u have a team that works next to you
