I’m really looking forward to using Kleavor alongside Samurott-H in webs, the fact that you can lay the other hazards without “wasting turns” is so cool

In retrospective... It's awful.
It's bad in OU, mediocre in UU and while it's currently still RU with High usage, it's with Forretress a low ladder noob trap. It's best set is outdone by a ZU Pokemon.

It likely won't drop to NU because people will use it despite doing nothing of value, but remember that Scyther is A rank in NU, a tier Kleavor should be in.

So it's not great of a upgrade all things considered.
