I'm familiar with USDA direct loan. I presently am awaiting for underwriter decision. This isn't my 1st rodeo.I was already approved and was down to signing contract. Unfortunately the solar company would not disclose info of what I'd be in for.Had to start new app. Handed it in Jan.22nd.its now May and it has yet to go to underwriters.Nothing has changed and its a matter of recieved, prioritized apps. etc. Waiting period for funds. I've caught a few indiscrepencies in recent communications. Specifically I stated I don't want false hope.I went from being on the roster to receive as soon as funds are disbursed, to #24 to get to underwriter.Again. very misleading. Still

This is a typical loan officer for the USDA.She never once mentioned that the 502 direct loans are for low and very low income. She never mentioned that you would get all your money back that you put out at closingAnd she never mentioned if you have a 640 credit score or above You do not have to have any other lines of credit. These people do not like low income or very low income and other words the poor. I have been trying to help my friend for five years get one of these loans. He has a 750 credit score, disabled, they knew he would be homeless if he didn’t get help and she didn’t care she just kept saying to apply again and again and again and each time was a hard hit on his credit And she would not let me talk to him for being his advocate and anyway he’s a 66-year-old man 76 year old woman trying to help him
