I get 66W maximum in OCCT stress tests with my 5600 with PBO disabled in BIOS. Is that normal or should I be getting more? I get 4.4GHz stable in games and I'm using the Windows Balanced power plan. I'm getting stuttering in games and I'm unsure if it's because of my wattage or if it's the new broken Windows 11 23H2 update.

hey, i know that u haven't tested fortnite in the video, but with the same gpu and cpu, do u get in epic settings (directx12, dlss on and ray tracing on) more than 60 fps??

i get 60 fps with my graphics set on high (40 fps on epic) and my friend with a 3060 gets around 200 fps

do u know what's causing that?

DLSS on 1080p sucks on your screen. Don't get this results as a base. You get better looks putting your game on high and running it 1080p native.
