The Single Strand Diamond Knot makes a great addition to a knife lanyard. Often when you create a knife lanyard, you have a couple of loose strands at the end. Why not then add a couple or more Celtic Button Knots to your knife lanyard.

And here too, top of page. On an aside I was completely mesmerised watching this, it was almost hypnotic to watch!

Your voice and way of speaking remind me of Nigel Davenport playing the Duke of Norfolk in the movie A Man for All Seasons. Love the videos. You present knotting more clearly than anyone else.

Nicely done. Thank you for sharing. Wish you well.

My own criticism is that I didn't have this demo in the days before I finally figured this one out. Still, there was a benefit to the exercise. It used up a lot of spare time. The drawings in my ABOK are tiny and hard to read, so I tried many of the wrong ways first. If you learn what doesn't work, then it's easier to recognize success.

This is the first time I was able to make it correctly! It's ugly as sin (lol), but it works!
Thank you!

Brilliant. Could you do a video the two stranded version? I've been told it is one of the best knots for a soft shackle but I struggle with it ever time.

You could also secure a stone in it and make flying indian weapon with three rocks

This is a 3 l X 4b Turks head tied anticlockwise, it is a foot rope knot and not a diamond knot
