thank you for this one! I missed the change in layout and have been so confused with the old and new nodes.

The new nodes are much neater and cleaner. Thanks Winbush for this.

Very straight forward, keep up the good content.

Thank you! I love the RS nodes and now use them exclusively. Your tip on how to convert preexisting Xpresso nodes solved a huge problem. The only downside I have found is that my keyboard shortcut for Connect To Output which I set up does not work in the RS node look but does in the old Xpresso node system.

Dude those redshift nodes drive me crazy! This is a great tip man. Thanks!

This is cool. The thing I didn't like about Redshift was the XPresso node system. I like it for Xpresso, but always preferred the node system of Octane and Cycles. I'm super excited about this.

Thank you for sharing this. I want to learn RedShift, but the tuts all use the Xppresso, if I want to use the new Node Editor, will I be able to follow along

I definitely prefer working this way to the Xpresso nodes. Be careful though. I just paid for 1600 frames to a render farm only to have it come back all black and white. Apparently the farm didn't have this new update of Redshift yet...

Hi brother, so I hope you have used both octane and redshift, so what's your opinion, and which one do you think it's best I your personal view.

General question: the node system shows by default the linear values in color sliders. Is there a way to switch to srgb representation by default?

it's possible to change the sphere preview to the flat one?

Muchas gracias por la información del nuevo sistema de nodos. Me gusta mucho más el nuevo sistema, que el antiguo. Saludos :)
Thank you very much for the information of the new node system. I like the new system much more than the old one. Cheers :)

After converting the node, the window shows a very strange preview of the metal texture, can this be solved?
