To all of you asking the obvious question, of course you can use sweetened condensed milk, and bypass the first half hour of the recipe. I made this last night. It came together in about five minutes, and it was excellent. Tastes just like a creamsicle.

Hint: To get all the juice of a Orange or lemon, cut fruit in half. Take a teaspoon or table spoon, insert into the fruit, press and rotate while holding over a bowl. Strain if needed.

I will use my wooden citrus reamer to get the juice out of the orange, more easily. I enjoy mousse but have never had orange mousse before. Thank you for sharing❣️

Looks great! I would make the sweetened condensed milk with Monk fruit to reduce calories and forego the food coloring unless it's natural.
