There was a similar thing on spn tumblr last a year or so ago where a snapchat(?) screenshot of an axolotl plushie would immediately terminate your account upon posting. People tried to con Neil Gaiman into posting it. It feels fitting that here, the Criminal was wished into being by someone with an axolotl profile picture.

I've just downloaded the Criminal, and posted about him in several servers I'm in (making sure to explicitly state posting him to Twitter will get you banned for 12 hours)
