Totally agree about the settings page in Done. In general, I think Done has pretty bad UX with ambiguous component states and really bland typography. For example, the active states of the pills are gray and the text styles in Settings (and elsewhere) don’t convey hierarchy very well. There’s no way this app would pass an accessibility audit either.

So, as I look for suggestions on different types of apps, I am scratching my head and wondering what went wrong to cause every basic app that doesn’t need any update or live data cost not just a good amount of money, but cost a good amount of money every month. What a joke. You are renting a piece of software infinitely less complex than a mainstream video game, yet the video game is $60 and the stupid app is $100, if their is a lifetime purchase option.
