Thank you so much for your wonderful lesson, Teacher Lisa.
I learn a lot from it.
Here's what I take away from your useful video:
1. a starter home: a small and affordable house
Ex: Young working adults tend to look for starter homes which cost less than $2000 dollars.
2. to squeeze out of something: to be forced in order to leave a place
3. booming parts of the city: prosperous regions with rapid growth, financial districts.
Ex: Due to moderate incomes, ordinary citizens are squeezed out of the booming parts of this city.
4. entry - level positions: junior/ ordinary positions working as staff.
Ex: Fresh graduates usually take entry-level positions to start their careers so that they can accumulate various experiences then be ready for managerial positions.
5. no-frills homes: basic houses without any luxurious items/ furniture.
Ex: To reduce the cost of living in large cities, moderate-income workers are willing to possess no-frills apartments as opposed to the fully-furnished ones.
6. equity: profit that homeowners have, based on the subtraction between their real estate's value and their mortgage loans.
Ex: City dwellers can significantly obtain a huge amount of equity once they invest in real estate.
7. attached houses: houses share walls with others.
Ex: Residents living in cities are in favor of constructing attached houses so as to minimize material costs.

Thank you so much for another impressive lesson😊 I could learn lots of advanced vocabularies concerning housing. Also, the illustrative sample sentences make me understand the meaning of the words and how to use them more deeply.
I'll rewatch the video so that I can master what you taught us completely😊
