How to smooth and flatten tile edge when rough

I have a somewhat similar, but different question involving mounted tiles. I had a bathroom reno done and the shower tiles, several, have along the front edges, teeny, tiny little chips you can see and feel. My contractor has been told 3 times and still ignores the fix he said he'd find. Can you tell me how to fix these without damaging the grout or tile? That sanding stone may be too big for this small a defect.

I use a wet tile does cutting it upside down make it any cleaner I've never tried it like that except for when I'm cutting corners

Do you think if I need to cut a hair off the tile to make a 6.5x 6.5 tile a 6.5 x 6.4 the stone would work if I file it down just like you did in the video? My tile is just a hair to big

I have that exact same tile saw. The only difference between mine and yours is, I put water in mine. Your tile is probably coming out rough because you're cutting them dry.
