This is Hooper's Trick, an easy way to associate leads and locations on a 12 lead.

I Like using Big Lie, Little Lie, Say, All. Going down the 12 lead from left to right you just have to remember LII (lateral, inferior, inferior)  LI (lateral, inferior)  SSA (septal, septal, anterior)   ALL (anterior, lateral, lateral).

It's a lot easier to use "I See All Leads"
I - inferior
S - septal
A - anterior
L - lateral
* Nice trick though
