Just love this! Both as a patriotic American and a music fan, it is wonderful!! Always makes me feel good. The band, the chorus and the soloist are all first rate. And someone came up with a truly wonderful arrangement. I have known this song since I was a young child, but it has never sounded like this. Hooray for the Navy -- and hooray for America!!

I went to sing in a karaoke bar and another singer asked the KJ if he had "America The Beautiful" on his computer's database. He did. Then he challenged everyone in the bar to sing the song; to honor our country---and because we're Americans and we had all learned it in grade school.
I said, "Okay, you're on. We ARE Americans."
So that's what half the bar did. All verses on the recording were sung, as best we knew.
Made me proud to be an American!
