I actually think the "like a normal person" was her saying it was normal to watch a lot of therapy shows. Like, she was gonna make some point based on what she had learned from the therapy shows, but then she cut herself off to just pointedly deny that it was strange to specifically watch therapy shows, and then didn't finish her point.
Example: "I've been watching a lot of therapy shows that talk, you know, like a normal person, about considering other people's perspective and understanding that other people have emotional needs too.

One of the stand out in the 7. Everyone is hilarious in this season in their own way but by far some of the best moments are from Ostentatia/ Izzy.
