PINEAPPLE PIE RECIPE

INGREDIENTS; Using 9 inches round baking pan.
1 – Medium size ripe pineapple
½ - Cup white sugar
½ - Tsp cinnamon powder
1 – Small stick cinnamon
3 – Tbsp corn starch
¾ - Cup water
Puff pastry dough (check the link provided for more details)
Method;
1. Cut pineapple into small and place in the cooking pot.
2. Add water, cinnamon stick; allow boiling add in sugar simmer for 3 minutes.
3. After 3 minutes reduce fire to low, add cinnamon powder and cornstarch stir continuously until it become thicken. Continue simmer for another one minute and let it cool.
4. On a baking tray lay puff pastry, add pineapple spread it evenly and place top pastry to seal the top.
5. Preheat oven 210 degree Celsius and bake for 35 minute or depending on our oven.
6. When done allow to cooling and serve. Enjoy!
