Kudos to the sheriff using the term, "Murdered", not killed. Big difference.

Mental illness, yeah right. He wasn't too crazy to get a gun, pick a target, then go home afterwards 😤

Did they try to get help by giving him a gun?

That's a pretty weak excuse. He knew what he was doing.Too bad they no longer have the death penalty in California.

They could have requested 5150 or 5585 at anytime they RECOGNIZE their son/brother was behaving erratically Being around him 24/7/365, they should already know the triggers & his signs & symptoms. COMPLACENY KILLS, and unfortunately, an innocent person was MURDERED, and the family has blood in their hands. Using their relative's psychiatric issues as an excuse is reprehensible for the reason I stated ahead. It's the same actions requested to the public by law enforcement & by law in some states, "IF YOU SEE SOMETHING, SAY SOMETHING!" They clearly stated, they know of this man's mental issues, yet allowed him to just roam freely. One of them should have been by this man's side until medical experts has properly diagnosed, provide therapy & meds as needed. If our severely impaired adults can be placed in Adult Day Care or other nursing specialized care facilities that handle mentally the impaired, why was this man not in one of those care facilities? They could have obtained a court ordered conservatorship for this man. So many options are available they just needed to see or speak to a Social Worker at their local county Adult Services. STOP MAKING EXCUSES, A LUFE WAS TAKEN BECAUSE OF YOUR INCOMPETENCE, LACK OF EMPATHY & COMPASSION TO YOUR OWN! Rest In Peace Deputy Sheriff Officer RYAN CLIKUNBROOMER, may God Almighty wrap you in His loving arms as you return to God's Kingdom. May the Holy Spirit of God touch your family and comfort every one of them with the warmth of His love. ❤🙏🇺🇲❤🙏❤ Thank you for your ULTIMATE SACRIFICE RYAN. You sir, will NEVER BE FORGOTTEN, SON.❤😪💔🙏❤️

Does it matter? what type of Aztec response is that? in a civil society all questions should be put in front and center unless there’s some underlying secret agenda.

Here we go
It's publics fault. No it's on him.

So who is getting charged for selling a mentally ill person a gun and who knew he had a gun who purchased the gun legally? As noted in the section entitled Firearm Prohibitions in California, California law's eligibility requirements are generally broader than federal law and disqualify more people from accessing firearms based on serious histories of mental instability or impairments.

What a two sided coin, he`s a hero to the DA`s office but will have to do 30 days in a mental ward.
