Its true. I have been doing this for years buying 5 to 11 pounds from a California date farm..These are amazing!

Love that people are discovering other cultures' food. We make this and then fry them in ghee. It's so rich and sweet and delicious. They also sell dates with almonds and other nuts ready made in bags, look for them in Indian/Asian shops if you aren't in the middle east.

This is a normal dessert in arabic countries. Stuffed dates are amazing. and Since dates can be way too sugary, is better if you cover them in dark chocolate. Stuff them with hazelnuts, wallnuts, almonds, peanuts, pistachios or whatever u like. then cover them in dark chocolate sprinkle with crushed nuts or eatable pearls for a nice fancy look. they are delicious accompanied by some dark roast coffee or simply black coffee. enjoy 💖❤️

Aww my 5y/o made these last week. She’s correct they are ridiculously easy to make. People have been making such styles of dates when I was born 35yrs ago! Since then, they’ve evolved so much. A more luxurious look & delicious too. I guess these are ok if it’s a last min thing.
