In 1860's they were called roller skates or roller-skates or parlor skates, it didn't matter if wheels were in a line like ice skates or side by side (quads). I never call them rollerblades. I don't like the term aggressive skates, it sounds dumb. I usually just call them skates. And I call skateboards just that whether they are long or short.
