for gravel skeletons i found a little trick: they seem to share all spawn locations and along with the fact that they spawn faster if you dont pick up the bone as well as in the place of said bone, you can kinda force them all to spawn at the same area, just keep killing all skeletons, for a chosen area don't pick up the bones and for other areas pick them up, after a little while all skeletons will start spawning in the same locations
