I gotta say, I love this franchise to death, and I know many people hate on DS2, but

Walking into Majula is by far the most memorable, amazing moment I've had in all of Soulsborne


There are many such moments like Anor Londo, Leyndell, etc.
But Majula just hits different, just sublime

DS2 was my first Souls game and it got me absolutely HOOKED to the genre. Loved that game. Never looked into the criticism nor do I really care. Even after playing all the other FromSoft games, I still like DS2.

My wife and I have co-op through all the souls and each one is unique in their own way and we had a blast with every single one of them.

Bro I remember I was duelling someone with the white dragon eye at this exact location and we had a star wars-esq duel on the bridge only for the dragon to take us both by surprise (I wasn't expecting it as I sprinted across the bridge due to how unstable it was originally). The bonfire right in front of you is actually a minor pvp zone too alongside the bridge of iron keep
