Voting illegally should incur consequences including fines and Jail. Preventing legally entitled to vote should carry the same consequences. Every legal voter disenfranchised, especially through voter roll purges should result in fines and jail time per count. Both voting illegally and disenfranchising a legal voter constitutes voting fraud and election tampering.
