Does the back shoulder refer to the corner or the WR? Ball ends up more on the inside of the defender than the outside. Was this the intention?

It’s annoying CFB has a damn east coast bias, Penix led the best air attack in the nation, led the first undefeated Pac-12 team, and secured his spot in the playoffs. Daniels is great, but look at the strength of record, Penix played tougher teams and performed incredibly well. Would be nice if they set that stupid bias aside because Penix was THE BEST player in the nation.

I feel like you chose a terrible example for the argument your making. That "back shoulder" pass visibly ends up in the WR's inside shoulder and a better corner easily makes a play on that ball
