Sometimes excel file directly goes into notify mode ...no change allowed automatically...we have to save d same file wid new name if data changes r to b saved

How to avoid this...how to make sure that our excel doesn't goes in auto notify mode

Hello Chandoo, please let me know if there is any mistake in the formula below?
="Q"&CHOOSE(MONTH(E4), 2, 2, 2, 3, 3, 3, 4, 4, 4, 1, 1, 1) - If I want the Q1 to be starting from April.
="Q"&CHOOSE(MONTH(E4), 4, 4, 4, 1, 1, 1, 2, 2, 2, 3, 3, 3) - If I want the Q1 to be starting from October.
Unfortunately I'm not getting the desired answer for the Q1 starting in April and Q1 starting in October.

I have been facing an issue in the Fixing the date format in the particular cell range. if anyone enter the date in a different formats in a cell then i should turn into DD-MM-YYYY only..do u have any idea please.
