My hair reduced falling after I did a few things. I used natural hair masks like avocado and yogurt. I avoided combing my hair when it was wet to stop it from breakage. Once a week, I rubbed my scalp with hair oil. I cleansed my hair once or twice a week with liiitleextra cocooninon shampoo.

blend the 3 together a little
boil 1 cup of glass water

pour the blended ingredient into the boiling water
stimmer for 5 mins.
Allow to cool and pour into a spray bottle.
lightly spray on the scalp everyday.
