This is coach of the decade Bill burr of baseball. My kid is in tee ball and needs this coach. Keeps there attention respect and these kids will respect him because he is relative and stays on there level. It's genius.

He finds a way to stay cool goofy also assertive. This is how teachers use to be. You have to relate to your subjects and keep them interested. He makes baseball fun for them and at the same time is teaching them important life skill. You win or loose in the real world no tie. This coach is artistically showing them.
