i can not find sQL in my services

what if I dont have that MSSQLSERVER itself in the service list. any ideas. I have visual studio installed properly previosly I used to have sql server as well and was running properly. However I've uninstalled that and now if I reinstall that it is throwing this error. sql configuration manager is also not showing any services listed under the list. Any help is appreciated guys
