I like the concepts here. For all the “new boards” I see that could get messy as new projects come in. What do you do when those are completed? Do they stay as a “board” or do you clean them up?

Hi, how did you set up the template so that it automatically creates a new board when you added 'project 6' and is there a way to do this so that it automatically uses a board template? Thanks, Lauren

How useful is timetracking tool in terms of turning the collected informaiton into timesheets/ time reports. Everyone is showing how to track time but not showing how this information is processed/reported.

This video is very useful. Thanks a lot for it! My only struggle is that I am not able to automatically add the time tracking amounts of new items created in Project 6 (your example) to be summed up into the Projects Overview Time tracking total of Project 6. I need to add the new item manually by selecting it from the list in Project overview. Could you please provide some additional info about how to be added automatically? Thanks

How come the mirror column in the main doesn't capture the time tracking from the individual boards?

Hi there, Is it correct that every time a new item is added in a seperate project, for example Item 2 in Project 6, that you have to include that item again in your Project overview? For me it does not automatically add the newly added item to the Projects column in the project overview and so it is not added to the task status. Unless, I manually include all the new Items that were added to the project.
