some people are really leaving dumb comments..android P is not adding a notch it is supporting a notch.. and that is developer preview.. developer can simulate notches and make apps accordingly.

My problem with androids design philosophy, including material is, that apart from google and some developers most programmers do whatever they want designwise, even smartphone manufacturers like Samsung seem to have no intention of keeping a continuous design.

They need to implement a proper messaging app equivalent to iMessage allowing high res images etc to be sent without carrier restrictions, this will also
make it easier for people to move off the Crapple system.
