My left ear heard and know what to do to be great, but my right ear didn’t comprehend anything.

Basically, here're the 5 rules of Robert Greene in my own words:
1. Make creativity your goal, not comfort.
2. Just focus on improving your knowledge. No need to impress others.
3. Don't follow what's conventional. Be unique, even if you think it's a bit risky. (Of course, take risks in moderation)
4. Do stuff that you enjoy, not stuff that would give you security (like financial security etc.).
5. Believe that everything you do in your time will make you learn something, even if what you're doing doesn't necessarily contribute to your ultimate goal.

A year ago, I changed my youtube algorithm by watching videos valuable to me like this one. Now, I feel unstoppable. Technology is difficult to avoid these days, the least I could do was utilize it at my advantage.

Value knowledge. That is the only thing others can't take away from you. 👍

Great! Just one thing, “harness every bit of time” is wrong. You need a little dead time for the brain to recover. I did harness every bit of time for over a year and got very good at what I did. But then burned out, even though I did what I love and even started to enjoy every moment of learning. Now I have slower thought and lower deep thought thresholds, still after 3 years. Let the brain recover like you let your muscles recover after working out!

I love the point about not focusing on the lack of attention and recognition our work initially gets and instead attaining the skills necessary to handle the attention when it comes. I really needed that one.

Wow just the right video I needed to watch. Thanks!
Started a new job in feb and almost gave up since I subconsciously desired for a comfortable task. But taking each day as a challenge to learn and be more creative and ultimately grow as a person :)

Thank you. Now I know where to start. I was on a brink of giving up of what I'm currently doing but now I understand why Im doing my work😊

This is brilliant and extremely well presented! More importantly to me it was extremely timely. I'm currently about nine months into recreating myself as a personal development teacher and the marketing piece has me struggling to keep my enthusiasm about what my intuition is telling me is the career I would love. Well done you!

I love these videos! It's a great way to take in valuable points quickly.
'Don't let the need for attention influence what you do'- one of the standout points I will take away from this video!
