Thank you so much Dr. Berry! I started watching your videos four years ago and with your help, I reversed my pre-diabetes and lost 35 lbs. I now weigh what I did when I graduated from high school. My blood pressure went from the stratosphere to - this morning - 115/65. My family life has improved. The list of positive changes in my life goes on and on. The one thing that I have failed at is retirement. I’ve gone back to work and LOVE IT. I never LOVED work but I do now. I’m a marine surveyor of cargo ships and oil tankers. These are huge vessels, some upwards of 4 football fields long. As a surveyor, I inspect these ships from end to end and top to bottom. One has to be in good shape to do this job and I’m thriving at it. Again, thank you Dr. Berry. Your advice about keto and carnivore diets has helped me and my family immensely.

92 years old, carnivore for 2 years. Lost 21 lbs. haven’t felt the need for blood work nor the need to see my Dr since carnivore as i just feel mentally and physically excellent. Realize not having Dr visits and bloodwork is not the smartest thing to do but at 92 …..what me worry 🤪

Guy I work with is about 52 years old. Not over weight, maybe slightly. Type 2 diabetic for years taking like 4 pills a day. After seeing a few videos on YouTube about the carnivore diet, he decided to give it a try 4 months ago despite opinions from his Doctor and his wife. After just 3 weeks, he lost 19 lbs and was completely off his meds as his sugar levels were perfectly normal now. He went back to the doctor last week for a physical with complete blood work results after 4 months on the carnivore diet. He told the Doctor he was doing the carnivore diet. The Doctor simply told him "whatever you are doing, keep doing it because your blood work is excellent".

The arrogance, ignorance and corruption of most doctors and health organisations, who care far more about their wealth than your health, is literally sickening.

I had my Dr appt last week. He wasn’t concerned about my cholesterol. He said it isn’t a marker of health. He was focused on my insulin and A1C which has improved since starting carnivore June 1. All numbers looking great! Thanks Dr Berry!

I reversed my T2 diabetes and hypertension with a meat heavy keto diet and you can too. Life is a gift from God and we must show him honor by safeguarding our health.

Had a heart attack in January, had three stents placed. Stopped eating carbs (zero if possible) and started going to cardio rehab three days a week. It is now July, I’ve lost over 60 pounds and probably have 20 more to lose. I do take vitamins specifically every day to help me clear my arteries and I know that my efforts are saving my life. Praise God that He opened my eyes to videos and information like this one!

Thank goodness I reversed my type 2 diabetes when I was never told that was possible. I just removed carbs and sugars from my diet and improved everything for myself. I hope others can follow this path instead of blindly following the healthcare system off a cliff.

I love Dr. Berry's bluntness: "if you're smoking you're going to stop smoking because smoking is dumb." 😂

My dad was a Type II diabetic and he suffered a heart attack that led to open heart surgery and ultimately his death. Diabetes killed him but before that it ruined his cardiovascular system. His surgeon said his aorta looked like a rusty lead pipe, it was so calcified. He was only 67 years old when he died in 2001. Carnivore saved my life and it would have saved his if we knew then what we know now.

I so wish that we had had this information before my dear sister died of a heart attack at age 53. It ripped our hearts to shreds. She was morbidly obese, hypertensive, had high cholesterol, on all the medications and was convinced she was type 2 diabetic although had never been checked. She had an EF of 35 and LBBB indicating she already had a heart episode before the big one that took her suddenly one night after dinner. She had no cardiologist, her doctor didn’t think it was necessary and told her that her heart condition was no big deal! Yep. You read that right. She was a middle school teacher who was adored by her students. It was horrible seeing all those little 11 year old children, coming through the wake staring at her body in total shock. Our mom almost died from a broken heart. This is real life and death Dr Berry is talking about here. I’m so grateful for this info now… hopefully it will keep my mom from experiencing losing another daughter… me… because even as a vegan… I too was headed down the exact same path. Thank you. 7 weeks carnivore today. Down 29 pounds (82 to go), waist has gone from a 46 to a 37 and I have dropped 2 HBP medications. My daughter is doing it with me. She’s dropped 8 pounds in 2 weeks and her carb addiction. Her personality is becoming more chill and her last period was so much less painful. I’ve had a very rocky transition and have lots of auto immune issues to heal and lost my gallbladder a few years ago, but I’m glad to finally have a sustainable and effective plan for my health because I was getting NO answers from the medical professionals.

I am thrilled with my new carnivore journey, even though I have not dropped fruit 100%. I have fruit maybe 2-3 times a week. My A1c has dropped from 7.1 to 5.4 over the past six months. Now I have the energy and desire to go to the gym, I can climb the stairs in my home and walk the dog for 1.5 miles in the evening! My weight dropped from 244 to 219 having been on carnivore for about 5 weeks. Yes! I’m totally converting to carnivore with dairy.

Been carnivore for almost 4 months. 63 years old, I’ve lost 25 pounds and feel great. I still have my black coffee in the morning and a glass of Cabernet at night and maybe a bite of low sugar dark chocolate, lol. I love the diet but think it’s just as important to enjoy life. Thanks Dr. Ken for all you do!

As a type 2 diabetic for 8 years. I can say that keto saved my life. My A1c is normal and I have lost weight and kept it off. My drs office called and said my labs were great…but…. You have high cholesterol and your doctor wants you on crestor. I refused and had to keep refusing. My diabetes is and has been my goal to reverse and with Doctors like Dr. Berry I found out how to eat and live healthier than I have ever been!
